We at Luella High School are very tuned in to the health of our students. With your help, we can keep information on health conditions current, manage chronic conditions, and assist with daily and as needed medications.

**No medications are to be brought to school by students**

These must be brought in by a parent or guardian, and accompanied by a signed

Health & Medication Authorization form.
